E’ Stefano Dambruoso di Scelta Civica, eletto nella circoscrizione LOMBARDIA 1, che ha fatto la proposta di legge N.1165 per imporre l’obbligo di rettifica per blog e siti da pubblicare entro 48 ore dalla richiesta “in testa alla pagina, prima del corpo dell’articolo, con le stesse caratteristiche grafiche, la stessa metodologia di accesso al sito e la stessa visibilità della notizia cui si riferiscono”. Chi non rispettasse il provvedimento, incorrerebbe in una multa tra gli 8mila e i 16mila euro. Questo a prescindere che siano o meno testate giornalistiche.
E’ bello vedere un Onorevole, che non può nemmeno essere fotografato o ripreso nell’esercizio delle sue funzioni durante le sedute pubbliche, prodigarsi per riportare la serenità laddove blogger e web hanno fatto disastri e scempio perché l’Onorevole Dambruoso ritiene che “ridurre l’attività dei blogger ad una scampagnata innocente e inoffensiva sarebbe solo ipocrita e contro ogni realtà“. Almeno è quanto riporta l’articolo di Data Manager Online. Ma Onorevole, faccia capire a me ed ai suoi elettori, lei è un membro della II Commissione (Giustizia) e crede veramente che questa sia una priorità del il nostro Paese per avere una Giustizia più efficente e più moderna? E poi non ho capito: in quale sede si decide se le informazioni che pubblico sono “inesatte o diffamatorie” ?
La dico diversamente come spesso sento spiegare certe tesi nel nostro ambiente di lavoro: “Se avesse solo un’euro da spendere per migliorare la giustizia, veramente lo impiegherebbe per questa causa?”.
